New York
Our flagship chapter in the heart of Manhattan.
Chapters in New York and Los Angeles
A private fraternal and civic organization for men of character. Beyond the ordinary social circle, and built on trust.
Operated by 3Space LLC. Members pay dues for in-person chapter events, member-led activity clubs, and member chat.
About
Project Third Space builds intentional communities by bringing like-minded people together in person around shared interests, goals, and life experiences.
The internet and social media moved our social lives online — and left us lonelier for it. We organize members into local communities built around friendship and shared interests, then bring them together in person.
Our first community
Project Third Space launched in March 2026 with ADB Fraternity, a pilot community for gay men focused on personal and professional growth. Like all Project Third Space communities, the Fraternity is a private, peer-led fraternal and civic organization.
Each member belongs to a home chapter. Chapters host one to two signature social events per month, from intimate dinner parties to larger themed evenings with guest speakers and programming.
Our flagship chapter in the heart of Manhattan.
Our west coast chapter, from the hills to the shore.
Members create or join activity clubs organized around a shared hobby, interest, goal, or lifestyle. Clubs are member-led and meet on their own schedule, giving every member a smaller, tighter-knit group within the larger community.
Members are encouraged to start new clubs whenever there's interest.
Membership
Every tier includes access to your home chapter and its member events. Dues are paid one period at a time and never renew automatically.

Membership is by invitation. To be invited to apply, you need nominations from two current members. Each application is reviewed individually, and accepted applicants choose a tier and accept the membership agreement before paying dues.
Before each membership period, we send you a secure payment link by email or in the member Discord. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
Standard prices are shown above, in US dollars. We periodically offer Early Bird pricing for early sign-ups and Last Minute pricing close to an event. Promotional prices apply to these same memberships and benefits, and the price on your payment link is the price you pay.
Chapter events
Member events are reserved for members. Your RSVP is confirmed when your dues for that period are paid.
The Ski Club runs trips every other week during ski season, from both New York and Los Angeles, with day trips and overnights to mountains within reach of each city.
Trip dates are announced to members by email and in the member Discord.
One to two per month in each chapter
Signature evenings, from intimate dinner parties to larger themed experiences with guest speakers. They include Pledge Night / Initiation Social, our premier chapter-wide welcome for new and returning members.
Throughout the month
Movie nights and rush committee meetings. Guaranteed for Plus, Premium, and Founders Circle members.
On each club's own schedule
Hikes, ski trips, screenings, and restaurant nights, planned and led by members of each club.
Dates and locations are announced to members by email and in the member Discord. Locations are shared with confirmed attendees only. Questions about an event? Write to events@projectthirdspace.com.
Questions
Membership is by invitation. Once two current members have nominated you, we'll invite you to apply. Each application is reviewed individually.
No. Each payment covers one membership period: one month for Basic, Plus, and Premium, or two months for the Founders Circle. Nothing renews automatically. Before each new period we send you a payment link, and if you don't pay it, your membership simply ends when the current period does.
The Founders Circle is a two-month membership paid in a single payment. It covers all events and all activity clubs, with no RSVP required. It's designed for members who want full immersion from day one.
Yes. Tell us before your next period starts and we'll send you a payment link for the new tier.
They're promotional prices for the same memberships listed above. Early Bird pricing rewards early sign-ups, and Last Minute pricing applies to sign-ups close to an event. Benefits don't change, and the price on your payment link is the price you pay.
Your RSVP is confirmed when your dues for that period are paid. Founders Circle members don't need to RSVP at all.
Yes, within 7 days of paying if you haven't attended a member event in that period. The details are in our refund and cancellation policy.
Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.

Memberships are paid one period at a time: one month for Basic, Plus, and Premium, and two months for the Founders Circle. We never charge you automatically.
To cancel, simply don't pay for your next period. If you'd like to end your current period early, email support@projectthirdspace.com.
If you ask for a refund within 7 days of paying and haven't attended a member event or activity club outing during that period, we'll refund your dues in full.
Dues for the current period are non-refundable once 7 days have passed or once you've attended an event in that period.
If you ask before your second month begins, we'll refund the second month.
If we cancel a chapter-wide event your tier guarantees and can't reschedule it within the same period, we'll give you a credit toward your next period.
Early Bird and Last Minute purchases follow this same policy. Refunds are for the amount you actually paid.
If we end a membership for breaking the code of conduct, dues for the current period may not be refunded.
Email support@projectthirdspace.com with the name or alias on your membership and the date you paid. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

These terms are an agreement between you and 3Space LLC ("we," "us"), which operates Project Third Space and ADB Fraternity. They apply together with the membership agreement you accept when you join.
Membership is by invitation. To be invited to apply, you must be nominated by two current members. You must be at least 18 years old. We may decline any application.
Your membership includes the benefits of your tier as listed on this page: access to your chapter's events, member-led activity clubs, and any add-ons you choose. Project Third Space is a fraternal and civic organization; membership covers events, activity clubs, and member chat. Event space is limited and subject to venue capacity and venue rules.
Prices are in US dollars. Each payment covers one membership period and does not renew automatically. Promotional prices apply only to the period purchased. Refunds and cancellations follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Activity club outings, including hiking and ski trips, are organized by members and may involve physical activity. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, equipment, and conduct.
You can stop at any time by not paying for your next period. We may suspend or end a membership for breaking these terms or the code of conduct.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and we'll tell active members about significant changes by email.
